Do you make time at least once a day to choose some type of activity that you enjoy, relaxes you, and makes you happy?
Unfortunately for many people, the answer is no, and I am on a mission to change that!
Self-care is so much more than people realize, and often misunderstood. Simply put, your self-care routine should be something you do for yourself and only yourself. It can be something you do alone or with friends and there are no rules about self-care, as long as it makes you feel better and is something you truly enjoy.
While it can be absolutely anything, here are a few ideas if you’re not sure where to start:
-Watch your favourite show
-Work on an art project
-Take an afternoon nap
-Soak in a bubble bath
-Meet a friend
-Move your body in a way you enjoy
-Go out in nature
