Welcome to the Self-Care Club! The Self-Care Club is a self-directed personal development programme to support you in creating true self-care practices. Here you can find a variety of tools to help you on your journey of self-help and personal development. The Self-Care Club is a space that allows you to just be you, without judgment, demands or pressure and to take your self-care journey at your own pace, with accountability for those who prefer it. 

The Self Care Club is there to educate, empower & enable you to find self-empowerment and connect with a community striving towards better self-care, positive mental health, and exploring spiritual practices,  allowing you to grow and improve in your own time frame, in a way that works for you, knowing the Self-Care Queen and the group expert wellness practitioner are there to encourage you as and when you need it.

As a member of The self-care club you will gain access to the knowledge from Sarah's formal training and tools that have helped her with her own self-care journey as well the club group experts and guest workshops. 

The resources in self-care club will support you on the road to better all-round health, you will be encouraged to take control of your life so that your mental health can blossom, your habits can become healthier and more enjoyable, and your mindset can become positive and confident.
